I am a Social Entrepreneur, a mentor, with 19 years of professional experience as a secondary school Head teacher, now retired from civil service. I am experienced in providing strategic direction and fostering a positive learning environment, Skilled in curriculum development, staff management, and student welfare.
I am committed to promoting self growth and development and character development. Passionate about creating a nurturing and supportive educational community that inspires learners and young adults to reach their full potential. I mentor young ladies and walk with them through the journey of self discovery and productivity. I am also passionate about offering psychosocial support to young girls struggling with anxiety conversion disorders.
With my experience as a teacher and headteacher, I desire to create a change in emotionally challenged girls in school so that they can be understood and supported to complete school.

Therefore, with Ningo Foundation Limited as my pillar, I aim at building a friendly psycho-social support program to address that situation. This is done by training a few teachers per school who have been identified by the headteacher. The headteachers can then monitor them as they support the affected girls.
